Coronavirus Disease-19 ( COVID-19) is a disease that started at the end of 2019 and continues to affect all world as pandemic. There no definitive cure for COVID-19 yet. The characterized by excessive immune activity, inflammation coagulopathy. Many agents have been tried treatment prevention. Flavonoids are valuable natural food components with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory anticoagulant properties. Quercetin, best known flavonoid, one most studied beneficial one. which has shown be effective in many viral diseases, mainly used diseases such cardiovascular diabetes, associated chronic inflammation. it an important candidate prophylaxis COVID-19, thanks its powerful anti-inflammatory, antioxidant immune-modulating effects.
